Before we start.
Which usage rights are included?
The usage rights included are set out in each quote, according to the project, the media, the territories and the duration of use. We also check the terms that apply to the material you provide and to the resources used in the creation.
What if I don’t like the result?
You approve the script and the visual direction before production. The 10-second plan includes one round of feedback per video; the 30-second plan includes two, and each video in a duo gets its own. A round means all your comments sent together. A change of script or visual world after approval is quoted separately.
Can you tell a video was made with AI?
We don’t hide the AI: it’s our creative tool. What makes the difference is art direction. The idea, framing, pace, sound and grading are decided by our creatives, for a video designed for your brand.
In which format is my video delivered?
One format per video, chosen at the brief: vertical 9:16, square 1:1 or landscape 16:9, in high definition. Another format counts as a new video.
How long does it take to deliver a video?
For 10- and 30-second formats (ads and events): one week on average after the script is approved and your material is received. For real estate, timing is confirmed in the quote. In every case, the schedule for your video or duo is confirmed in the quote.
How does the duo work?
The duo includes two distinct videos of 10 seconds each or 30 seconds each. We create both together, for the same brand and from a single brief. Each video has its own idea and delivery format.
